Bet2 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

Welcome to bet2. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the sports betting and online casino platform available at bet2.life and any other official brand channel, including the mobile browser version.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing bets, or playing any casino game available on the bet2, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms set out in this document, as well as our Privacy Policy and with the specific rules of each promotion available at bet2.life/promocoes.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of the platform after any Terms update constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. Whenever we make significant changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 7 days in advance, except in cases of emergency or legal requirement.

To use the services of bet2, you must create an account through free registration. Access to the platform is restricted to individuals who cumulatively meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil or be physically located in Brazilian territory at the time of access;
• Hold a valid CPF registered and active with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal);
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration;
• Not be currently under a self-exclusion period on any gambling platform.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on bet2. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, IP address, or payment details constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate blocking of all accounts involved and the cancellation of any bonus balances or winnings obtained during the period of the violation.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential — including your username, password, and two-factor authentication code when enabled. The bet2 is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from a user's failure to protect their login information. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately via live chat.

The identity verification process (KYC) may be requested at any time, especially before processing withdrawals above R$ 500.00. Required documents include a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), a recent proof of address (issued within the last 90 days), and, where applicable, proof of ownership of the payment method used. The review period is up to 24 business hours after all required documents have been submitted.

The platform of bet2 is made available exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or any third-party software to place bets or interact with the platform's services;
• Exploiting technical glitches, odds errors, or system inconsistencies to gain an unfair advantage;
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer account access to third parties;
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or managing other people's bets through your own account;
• Attempting to compromise the integrity of any event or game available on the platform;
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering;
• Publishing or transmitting defamatory, offensive, or third-party rights-infringing content through the platform's communication channels.

O bet2 monitors betting patterns and may block or review transactions that indicate irregular behavior, including combining bets to guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome (arbitrage), which is expressly prohibited under these platform terms.

O bet2 offers sports betting on football (including Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, and the Brazilian national team), as well as other sports and e-sports. Odds are set internally and updated in real time for live events.

Bets are considered final once confirmed by the system. It is not possible to cancel or change a bet after confirmation, except where the Cashout feature is available and exercised by the user before the event ends.

Settlement rules: Bets are settled based on the official result published by the event's governing body (CBF, CONMEBOL, FIFA, etc.). Results reached outside of regular time (extra time, penalty shootouts) are considered only in markets that explicitly include them. Obvious odds errors — such as odds significantly higher than the market average — will be corrected, and the corresponding bets may be voided with a full refund of the amount wagered.

O bet2 reserves the right to suspend markets or cancel bets on events where result manipulation is suspected, notifying the user and refunding the amount wagered within 48 hours.

O bet2 offers casino games provided by certified third-party suppliers, including slots, blackjack, roulette, crash games (such as Aviator, JetX, and Spaceman), and other live casino titles with a real dealer.

RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games use algorithms certified by independent auditors to ensure result randomness. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is published on that title's page and represents the expected long-term return under normal play conditions — it does not guarantee results in any individual session.

The crash games available on the bet2 operate on a Provably Fair system: the cryptographic hash of each round is published before betting opens, allowing independent mathematical verification that no result was altered after bets were received. Verification instructions are available on each game's page.

The Live Casino streams real-dealer tables from a studio via HD video. The bet2 is not responsible for transmission interruptions caused by the user's connection failure. In the event of a disconnection during an ongoing hand or round, the bet will be settled according to the result recorded by the game provider's server.

• Minimum bet in casino games: R$ 1.00 (varies by title);
• Maximum limits per round displayed in each game's interface;
• Demo mode available on RNG games with no prior deposit required;
• Bets placed with an active bonus are subject to the specific limits of the promotion in effect.

O bet2 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all operating exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL / R$):

• Pix (CPF key, email, phone, or random key) — available 24/7, instant processing;
• Boleto bancário — processing time of up to 2 business days after payment;
• Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) — subject to issuer approval;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — processing within up to 30 minutes;
• TED bank transfer (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and others).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00. There is no fixed maximum, but deposits above R$ 5,000.00 may be subject to additional source-of-funds verification. Deposits are credited to the account as soon as confirmed by the payment system.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. The available withdrawal method is Pix, with processing in up to 5 seconds after internal approval. The destination Pix account must be registered under the same CPF as the account holder on bet2. The bet2 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Before processing the first withdrawal or any withdrawal above R$ 500.00, the bet2 may request full identity verification (KYC). Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 10 PM, and Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM, Brasília time). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed in the next available window.

O bet2 offers a range of promotions for new and returning users, including a 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 on the first deposit. Each bonus and promotion has specific terms published on its respective offer page, which must be read alongside these general conditions.

Welcome Bonus: Available to new registrations making a first deposit of at least R$ 20.00. The bonus amount equals 100% of the initial deposit, up to R$ 500.00. The bonus is credited to a separate bonus balance, distinct from the real balance, and may only be withdrawn after meeting the 30× (thirty times) rollover requirement on the bonus amount received, within 30 calendar days from the credit date.

Rollover contribution by game type:

• Sports Betting: 100% of the amount wagered;
• Crash games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, and similar): 100%;
• Slots: 100%;
• Live Blackjack and other live tables: 20%;
• Live Roulette: 20%;
• Voided or refunded bets: 0%.

The maximum bet amount with an active bonus balance is R$ 50.00 per bet or round. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may be cancelled without counting toward the rollover. Winnings obtained with bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the rollover requirement is fully met.

O bet2 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and promotions in cases of misuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, risk-free betting (hedging) aimed at artificially meeting rollover requirements, or any other behavior identified as promotion abuse.

Recurring promotions — Brasileirão tournaments, weekly cashback, loyalty program, and others — have their own terms published at bet2.life/promocoes and are updated regularly. Participation in any promotion implies acceptance of that offer's specific terms.

O bet2 collects, stores, and processes users' personal data in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). Data is used exclusively for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy: account creation and management, payment processing, fraud prevention, account communications, and compliance with legal obligations.

You have the right to access, correct, port, and request the deletion of your personal data at any time by submitting a request to our support team at contato@bet2.life or via live chat. Requests are handled within 15 business days, in accordance with the deadlines set by the LGPD.

O bet2 does not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising purposes. Data sharing occurs exclusively with partners required for service operations (payment processors, game providers, and competent authorities in compliance with legal obligations).

• Permanent self-exclusion, with definitive account block and no possibility of re-registration under the same CPF.

O bet2 automatically blocks access by anyone under 18 and uses age verification filters during registration. Any account suspected of belonging to a minor is immediately investigated and blocked, with all balances and betting history cancelled.

All content available on the bet2 — including text, logos, images, graphical interface, source code, odds algorithms, and marketing materials — is the property of bet2 or is licensed to bet2 by third parties. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

The casino games available on the platform are the intellectual property of their respective providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others) and are made available to bet2 under licensing agreements. The names and trademarks of the games belong exclusively to their respective owners.

O bet2 commits to maintaining platform availability with 99.9% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated at least 4 hours in advance. The bet2 is not responsible for interruptions caused by external factors, such as internet infrastructure failures, third-party payment system issues, or force majeure events.

Under no circumstances shall bet2 shall be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, except as expressly required by law. bet2's maximum liability in any single event is limited to the amount of the available balance in the user's account at the time of the incident.

O bet2 is not responsible for betting decisions made by the user, for the outcomes of sporting events, or for the performance of casino games. The odds and RTPs published represent long-term statistical values and do not guarantee results in individual sessions.

O bet2 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Creating or using multiple accounts (multi-accounting);
• Use of bots, automated software, or other prohibited tools;
• Fraudulent behavior, including unauthorized chargeback attempts;
• Bonus or promotion abuse;
• Suspicion of money laundering or financing of illegal activities;
• User's own request (self-exclusion or voluntary closure).

In cases of closure due to a Terms violation, the bet2 reserves the right to retain bonus balances and winnings obtained during the period of the violation. Real money deposits not implicated in the violation will be returned to the user via Pix within 5 business days after the investigation is concluded.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time via live chat or email. After closure, any available real-money balance will be paid out via Pix within up to 5 business days.

O bet2 may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the services offered, updates to applicable Brazilian law, or necessary operational adjustments. Material changes will be communicated to your registered email address at least 7 calendar days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must close your account before they take effect. A history of previous versions of the Terms is available upon request to support.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Brazilian Civil Code (Lei nº 10.406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990), and the General Personal Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018), as well as the specific regulations applicable to the online betting and gaming sector in Brazil.

The parties elect the courts of the District of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, as the competent jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged, except where consumer protection law establishes a different venue in the user's favor.

O bet2 encourages resolving disputes amicably through support channels before any legal action. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours via live chat or email.
